How to request your free quote
Use the quote request form to tell us about your design, embroidery size, item type, quantity, and needed-by date. If you have artwork, upload your file using the upload option on this page. No checkout is needed to request a quote.
We'll review your request and confirm pricing with you. Requesting a quote does not place an order or authorize a charge. Embroidery work is a paid service, and production begins only after you approve your quote and arrange payment.
DIGITIZING FEE: A one-time digitizing fee applies to new embroidery designs. The fee depends on the size and complexity of the design and is separate from the embroidery service price. Any applicable digitizing fee will be included in your quote for approval before production begins. There is no digitizing charge simply to request a quote.
PLEASE NOTE: This listing is for requesting an embroidery quote. The physical item to be embroidered must be supplied by the customer and is not included in the quoted embroidery price. Please include details about your item so we can confirm that it is suitable for embroidery.

1. The Customer owns or has obtained all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use any artwork, logo, trademark, design, text, or image provided to Southern Girl Customs, LLC.
2. Southern Girl Customs, LLC is acting solely as a production service and is not the creator, owner, or legal reviewer of customer-supplied artwork.
3. The Customer authorizes Southern Girl Customs, LLC to reproduce the supplied artwork exactly as approved by the Customer.
4. The Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Southern Girl Customs, LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, damages, costs, attorney's fees, or liabilities arising from the use or reproduction of customer-supplied artwork, including alleged trademark, copyright, trade dress, or other intellectual property infringement.
5. If Southern Girl Customs, LLC receives notice that the artwork may infringe another party's rights, it may refuse future production of that artwork until satisfactory proof of authorization is provided.
6. The Customer understands that Southern Girl Customs, LLC may decline any order that appears to infringe the intellectual property rights of another party.
