1. The Customer owns or has obtained all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use any artwork, logo, trademark, design, text, or image provided to Southern Girl Customs, LLC.
2. Southern Girl Customs, LLC is acting solely as a production service and is not the creator, owner, or legal reviewer of customer-supplied artwork.
3. The Customer authorizes Southern Girl Customs, LLC to reproduce the supplied artwork exactly as approved by the Customer.
4. The Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Southern Girl Customs, LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, damages, costs, attorney's fees, or liabilities arising from the use or reproduction of customer-supplied artwork, including alleged trademark, copyright, trade dress, or other intellectual property infringement.
5. If Southern Girl Customs, LLC receives notice that the artwork may infringe another party's rights, it may refuse future production of that artwork until satisfactory proof of authorization is provided.
6. The Customer understands that Southern Girl Customs, LLC may decline any order that appears to infringe the intellectual property rights of another party.
